COLLEGEVILLE – The PVSD Foundation is proud to announce that it has received a $5,000 donation from Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust.

The contribution will be used towards bettering educational opportunities and resources for students at Perkiomen Valley School District schools.

“We are pleased to partner once again with Phoenixville Federal. This is the second year that the bank has donated to our Foundation, and we are truly grateful for their continued support,” said Cindy Hickey, PVSD Foundation President. “Every donation helps the Foundation to continue with its mission to fund innovative and enriching programs and provide resources for Perkiomen Valley School District schools.”

About PVSD Foundation

The Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization that enhances and enriches educational opportunities for PV students through grants and scholarships to teachers. In the 2013-14 school year, the Foundation supplied over $86,000 in funding to schools for programs and technology used in the classroom.
