Grant Application

The fall 2020 grant round opens Sept. 16 and closes Oct. 16, 2020. The Foundation may ask grant applicants to attend a Foundation meeting to give a short presentation (3-5 minutes) and to answer questions that Foundation Board members might have about the application. Please be aware that the Foundation recently updated its procedures and rubric for the grant process. Click here to learn more.

Applications should include the following criteria:

– How the proposed project enriches or enhances the student experience

– An explanation of the potential for significant impact on participating students

– A timeline and plan for measuring project’s outcomes and impact

– A plan for sharing feedback with the Foundation following the implementation of his/her project

    Submit a proposed budget or itemization for the initiative. The budget or itemization should include all anticipated expenses for which you are seeking grant funds. Applicants should check with building principals and/or facility staff, as applicable, to determine if any facility or infrastructure changes are necessary to implement the initiative (e.g. electrical or water lines needed). Any associated facility or infrastructure costs should be included in the proposal.
