Grant Application

The spring 2020 grant round opened in February and was scheduled to close March 16. Due to the state-mandated closure of Pennsylvania schools, the Foundation has extended the deadline to Tuesday, April 14. The Foundation may ask grant applicants to attend a Foundation meeting to give a short presentation (3-5 minutes) and to answer questions that Foundation Board members might have about the application. Please be aware that the Foundation recently updated its procedures and rubric for the grant process. Click here to learn more.

Applications should include the following criteria:

– How the proposed project enriches or enhances the student experience

– An explanation of the potential for significant impact on participating students

– A timeline and plan for measuring project’s outcomes and impact

– A plan for sharing feedback with the Foundation following the implementation of his/her project
